Let the AttyGen arbitrarily deny firearms to <i>anybody who fits the one-size-fits-all definition<\/i>. Due process? Does anybody in the fedgov remember due process? Or is it now purely &#8220;we do it, so it&#8217;s the process&#8221;? (H\/T WL)\n<li>Well whodathunkit. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/2013\/01\/25\/tina-turner-becoming-swiss-citizen-giving-up-us-passport\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tina Turner is <i>Swiss<\/i><\/a>.\n<li>Woot! Seattle gun collectors <a href=\"http:\/\/dcxposed.com\/2013\/01\/27\/seattle-gun-buyback-gets-jacked-turns-into-a-damn-gun-show-lol\/\" target=\"_blank\">turn a police gun buyback into a free-market curbside gun show<\/a>. (Tip o&#8217; hat to D for the laugh of the day.)\n<li>Good news. Fed prosecutor Carmen Ortiz <a href=\"http:\/\/wendymcelroy.com\/news.php?extend.5177\" target=\"_blank\">didn&#8217;t succeed in destroying these people<\/a> as she did with Aaron Swartz. In fact the Caswells won a victory against that rapacious fed-vulture for property rights and plain common sense.\n<li>From early last year, but timely all over again: the fabulous Kurt Hofmann sez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/article\/perhaps-there-s-something-to-the-claim-that-guns-alone-cannot-rein-government\" target=\"_blank\">perhaps there really is something to the claim that mere firearms aren&#8217;t enough<\/a> if it comes to the point where we need to defend our liberty against the government.\n<li>Ugh. Eleven body parts that might <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/dangerroom\/2013\/01\/biometrics\/\" target=\"_blank\">be used to track us<\/a>.
