He <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loompanics.com\/Articles\/darksatanic.html\" target=\"_blank\">got a visit from the feds<\/a>, among other things. For writing a subversive song and being a &#8220;communist sympathizer&#8221; (though in fact songwriter Merle Travis was a patriotic country boy).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/plus_%C3%A7a_change,_plus_c%27est_la_m%C3%AAme_chose\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Plus \u00e7a change, plus c&#8217;est la m\u00eame chose.<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Today the armed hysterics would just use <a href=\"http:\/\/frontpagemag.com\/2013\/matthew-vadum\/conservative-enemies-of-the-state\/\" target=\"_blank\">different terminology<\/a> about people they fear.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>ADDED (from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freedomfeens.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Michael W.
