(H\/T LA)\n<li>Soooo, while we&#8217;re all rejoicing over the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2015\/06\/03\/us-usa-security-surveillance-passage-idUSKBN0OI2I920150603\" target=\"_blank\">momentary illusion<\/a> that the NSA will no longer be scooping up all our edata, the FBI <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/the-fbi-is-reportedly-operating-a-small-air-force-to-monitor-americans-2015-6\" target=\"_blank\"><del datetime=\"2015-06-03T01:56:20+00:00\">steps<\/del> flies to the fore<\/a>. (And where do they get all these Orwellian names? USA Freedom Act? Because it orders the phone companies to do all the collecting on behalf of the uber-government? Who do they think they&#8217;re fooling?)\n<li>This month is the 800th anniversary of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/magna-carta-eight-centuries-of-liberty-1432912022\" target=\"_blank\">Magna Carta<\/a>. Not just a piece of paper, but the first time people (even if aristocrats) placed themselves, by both force and law, above a king.\n<li>This week is also the 73rd anniversary of the death of one of <a href=\"http:\/\/zelmanpartisans.com\/?p=1422\" target=\"_blank\">history&#8217;s most evil men<\/a>.\n<li>The very definition of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/article\/interview-zero-aggression-project-takes-the-moral-high-ground\" target=\"_blank\">co-opting an idea<\/a> whose reality they clearly don&#8217;t understand.
