How North Korea is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mynameisfoxtrot.com\/journal\/2015\/8\/26\/north-korean-shooting-range-budget-cuts.html\" target=\"_blank\">handling shooting range budget cuts<\/a>.\n<li>Over at TZP, Nicki and Y.B. write about a pair of killers and their enablers.
