Somebody should tell them this isn&#8217;t how science &#8220;settles&#8221; questions.\n<li>Bovard has an <a href=\"http:\/\/jimbovard.com\/blog\/2015\/09\/19\/barrons-supreme-neglect-of-liberty-at-highest-court\/\" target=\"_blank\">article in <i>Barrons<\/i><\/a> on how the Nazgul discarded existing rights while proclaiming new ones.\n<li>Cane-weilding &#8220;pacifist&#8221; homeowner gets gun from intruder and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/2015\/09\/18\/cane-wielding-pacifist-homeowner-kills-suspected-intruder-with-own-gun\/\" target=\"_blank\">kills him dead<\/a>.\n<li>Fascinating. Why Holocaust denial exists and <a href=\"http:\/\/thejewishlibertarian.com\/2015\/09\/15\/why-holocaust-denial-exists-and-why-most-jews-are-guilty-of-it-too\/\" target=\"_blank\">why Jews are guilty of it<\/a>, too. (H\/T E.A.) Yes, you and I know most of this, but so many won&#8217;t even look at the facts!\n<li>Ouch! Another <a href=\"http:\/\/thesmokinggun.com\/documents\/florida\/man-wearing-gopro-records-testicle-attack-902341\" target=\"_blank\">use for a GoPro camera<\/a>.\n<li>Sigh. Another <a href=\"http:\/\/q13fox.com\/2015\/09\/18\/new-side-effect-of-washingtons-marijuana-law-youth-possession-now-a-felony\/\" target=\"_blank\">sad result<\/a> from Washington state&#8217;s pot legalization.
