And nobody knows who compiled or owns this giant mess? Fedgov, anyone?\n<li>The war on <a href=\"http:\/\/nypost.com\/2015\/12\/29\/from-nyc-to-harvard-the-war-on-asian-success\/\" target=\"_blank\">Asian-American academic success<\/a>.\n<li>Repeat violators of HIPAA privacy provisions <a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/health-shots\/2015\/12\/29\/460828382\/few-consequences-for-health-privacy-laws-repeat-offenders\" target=\"_blank\">pay little consequence<\/a>. Which is totally unsurprising because HIPAA was always more of a privacy-violation enabler than a privacy protector.
