Sounds like something Ayn Rand would make up for her villains to impose. And why would any supposedly private company jump to comply with one? And furtherwhy, after the righteous drubbing the big &#8216;Net companies took for kissing the NSA&#8217;s butt (post Snowden) would Yahoo (and probably others) be so eager to continue osculating stinky feddie posterior?\n<li>Speaking of security, Bruce Schneier says, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schneier.com\/blog\/archives\/2016\/10\/security_design.html\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Stop trying to fix the user&#8221;<\/a> and fix the underlying systems. (I think he&#8217;s a lot right and a bit wrong, as spotted by his commentors.)\n<li>Just speculation. But could the SpaceX explosion <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2016\/10\/03\/sabotage-speculation-gathers-around-spacex-explosion.html\" target=\"_blank\">have been sabotage<\/a>?\n<li>Speaking of cozy relationships with feds, on at least one occasion (and no doubt more), Immigration and Customs Enforcement <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theblaze.com\/stories\/2016\/10\/03\/wsj-federal-agents-once-persuaded-police-officers-to-scan-license-plates-of-gun-show-customers-to-gather-intel\/\" target=\"_blank\">ordered local cops<\/a> to use licence-plate readers to scoop up info on everybody attending a big gun show. Supposedly to see who might be letting firearms slip into Mexico. Hey, guys. Why didn&#8217;t you just check with your friends at the ATF? Weren&#8217;t they they ones making sure that the guns got to gangsters? (H\/T MSJ)\n<li>No wonder Assange stays in hiding. No wonder he canceled doing a personal presentation of this week&#8217;s expected October surprise. Hillary once (and maybe more than once) <a href=\"http:\/\/truepundit.com\/under-intense-pressure-to-silence-wikileaks-secretary-of-state-hillary-clinton-proposed-drone-strike-on-julian-assange\/\" target=\"_blank\">proposed droning him to death<\/a> when she was Secretary of State.\n<li>Yep, Bill. You said it. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2016\/10\/03\/bill-clinton-calls-obamacare-crazy-system-while-campaigning-in-michigan.html\" target=\"-blank\">Obamacare is crazy<\/a>.\n<li>NPR (and apparently at least a few residents of Gonzalez, TX) has <a href=\"http:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2016\/10\/03\/come-and-take-it\/\" target=\"_blank\">no sense of history<\/a>.
