He&#8217;s that rare thing, and actually thoughtful thinker. Now he admits he <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nysun.com\/foreign\/welcome-to-the-fight-niall-fergson-reverses-his\/89828\/\" target=\"_blank\">was wrong to oppose the Brexit<\/a>.\n<li>This comes from a conservative Christian perspective I don&#8217;t share. But David French is right that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/article\/442930\/american-dream-dying-culture-needs-repair\" target=\"_blank\">culture matters<\/a> to freedom and good governance (whether that be the mythical &#8220;good government&#8221; or actual self governance).\n<li>Ain&#8217;t gonna happen but <a href=\"http:\/\/elmtreeforge.blogspot.com\/2016\/12\/you-want-to-make-bunch-of-people-happy.html\" target=\"_blank\">given reports like this one<\/a> banning the TSA and arresting all its thugs, thieves, and sexual predators is a damn good idea.\n<li>Good luck with this one, too. Ted Cruz and Ron DeSantis plan to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/if-republicans-really-want-to-drain-the-swamp-heres-how-to-do-it\/2016\/12\/08\/7b722582-bd6f-11e6-94ac-3d324840106c_story.html\" target=\"_blank\">introduce a constitutional amendment<\/a> for term limits.\n<li>Did not know this: millions of people are willingly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.investors.com\/politics\/commentary\/why-millions-of-americans-are-paying-extra-to-avoid-obamacare\/\" target=\"_blank\">paying even more<\/a> for health insurance <em>and<\/em> foregoing federal subsidies because Obamacare exchanges offer such crap policies.
