(H\/T M)\n<li>And while of course it&#8217;s long been a crime to &#8220;drive while black&#8221; or even walk or bike while black in the wrong neighborhood, now apparently it calls for  police action if you&#8217;re a <a href=\"http:\/\/thefreethoughtproject.com\/woman-citizen-detained-papers\/#ZPYPAHcqcs8C1Ku9.99\" target=\"_blank\">prosperous brown woman walking in your own neighborhood<\/a>. This woman really handled the abuse with grace, though. (Tip o&#8217; hat to PT)\n<li>Now we&#8217;ll see if it gets through the Senate. But the House has v*ted to repeal Obama&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2017\/feb\/2\/house-votes-undo-obama-administrations-social-secu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Social Security-related gun ban<\/a>.\n<li>Judge halts Trump&#8217;s immigration order. Trump calls judge&#8217;s order ridiculous (and adds embarrassing hyperbole). And <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/2017\/02\/04\/trumps-immigration-ban-how-we-ended-up-back-where-we-were-9-days-ago-now\/97485882\/\" target=\"_blank\">around and around we go<\/a>.\n<li>Although the White House denies a key part of this particular report, it&#8217;s yet another sign of how much <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/josh-rogin\/wp\/2017\/02\/04\/the-white-house-cabinet-battle-over-trumps-immigration-ban\/?utm_term=.5491a1577bcd\" target=\"_blank\">resistance there is to Trump<\/a> in his own administration, and not just from Obama leftovers. (Tip o&#8217; hat to MJR)\n<li>Rats. Using rather tortured reasoning, a federal magistrate has ruled that the fedgov <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/volokh-conspiracy\/wp\/2017\/02\/03\/google-must-turn-over-foreign-stored-e-mails-pursuant-to-a-warrant-court-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\">can, after all, seize data<\/a> stored overseas. Because &#8230; um, it&#8217;s not really being seized or something like that.\n<li>Cato weighs in: The order <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cato.org\/blog\/trumps-exclusion-immigrants-specific-countries-not-legal\" target=\"_blank\">is illegal<\/a>.
