A Federal Appeals Court judge <a href=\"http:\/\/jimbovard.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/21\/my-wrecking-ball-benevolence-in-federal-appeals-court-decision\/\" target=\"_blank\">cites blogfriend Jim Bovard<\/a> in a decision regarding Fannie and Freddie and their role in the housing-market collapse.
