Ran out of Bad Attitude. Again. I anticipated it this time and rushed in a new order for copies last Wednesday. But there was a mixup. Books that should have arrived Friday or Saturday have just been shipped today. Eleven orders that came in since the middle of last week will go out the day I receive the package from Paladin. (Probably Wednesday.) Really, guys. They will. Orders containing only Hardyville Tales have been going out on schedule, and fates willing, will continue to do so.

Thanks — once again — for patience. Oh yeah. If you haven’t yet responded to my emails asking how you’d like the books autographed, please let me know! (You may need to check your spam filters.)

I keep expecting sales to slow down. But now people who’ve bought books for themselves are coming back to buy gift copies. It’s fantastic. But occasionally dizzying.

Now to the favor …

If you’ve read and liked The Bad Attitude Guide, I’ve got a favor to ask. Would you please go to the book’s page on Amazon.com and write a review? Currently there’s only one, and while it isn’t scathing (3 stars out of 5), it’s by a reader who was disappointed that some of the content (though not as much as he says) is from S.W.A.T. magazine. I don’t think the review is unfair — and I don’t want anybody to overpraise the book. But well … that one isn’t the kind of review that makes an author glow with optimism.

So if you can help me out in good conscience, I hope you will.

Well.
