If you&#8217;re in Salt Lake City, you can now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deseretnews.com\/article\/865693511\/Introducing-the-vending-machines-selling-goats-on-Temple-Square-this-Christmas.html\" target=\"_blank\">buy a goat or a chicken<\/a> for someone in a third-world country. Or school shoes or an eye exam for a kid in need. From a vending machine.\n<li>Let all us bloggers be glad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/11\/27\/world\/asia\/vietnam-nguyen-van-hoa-blogger.html\" target=\"_blank\">we&#8217;re not posting in Vietnam<\/a>. Brave writers, though. I wish them well and hope the Vietnamese people shame the government into freeing them.\n<li>Awful as the acquittal in that San Francisco &#8220;undocumented immigrant&#8221; murder case may have seemed, Scott Greenfield makes a compelling argument that <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.simplejustice.us\/2017\/12\/01\/short-take-the-steinle-moment\/\" target=\"_blank\">that the verdict was the right one<\/a>.\n<li>This has nothing to do with anything.
