He has been my faithful friend, critic and moral support over at least the last 20 years, and I couldn\u2019t say enough about that if I wrote for a week.<\/p>\n<p>I won\u2019t be involved any more because I am dying of an aggressive cancer and have little idea how much time I have left. I am blessed with a wonderful family and many good neighbors and friends, so will not be alone or lonesome in that process.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Please give her your good-byes here or at The Price of Liberty.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve known for a month or two that Susan is dying; I wasn&#8217;t free to say anything. She&#8217;s been torn between wanting to tell more people yet <em>not<\/em> wanting to be an object of pity or the subject of anti-cancer advice. So please don&#8217;t hit her with recommendations about shark cartilage, coffee enemas, or apricot pits.
