Now let&#8217;s see whether he serves the time any other cold-blooded killer would. UPDATE: Ummmm &#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/videos\/news\/nation-now\/2018\/08\/30\/cop-sentenced-15-years-murder-unarmed-black-teen\/1142100002\/\" target=\"_blank\">nope<\/a>.\n<li>It is not a violation of Twitter policy to wish <a href=\"http:\/\/neveryetmelted.com\/2018\/08\/28\/twitter-threatening-nra-spokesmans-children-no-violation\/\" target=\"_blank\">someone would kill the children<\/a> of NRA spokesperson Dana Loesch &#8212; even though it <em>is<\/em> a violation of Twitter policy to wish for the killing of anybody else.\n<li>The economy: <a href=\"https:\/\/mises.org\/wire\/economy-winter-coming\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Winter is coming.&#8221;<\/a>\n<li>The Vatican is <a href=\"http:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2018\/08\/29\/the-vatican-is-using-bill-clintons-playbook-to-defend-pope-francis\/\" target=\"_blank\">using Bill Clinton&#8217;s playbook<\/a> to defend the pope against accusations in the sexual-abuse coverup. And these people just dig deeper, more polluted pits for themselves every time they open their criminally clueless yaps.\n<li>I&#8217;m a bit behind, so I suspect you&#8217;ve already heard this news. But a judge (speaking of cluelessness) has <a href=\"https:\/\/arstechnica.com\/tech-policy\/2018\/08\/judge-allows-temporary-ban-on-3d-printed-gun-files-to-continue\/\" target=\"_blank\">allowed the ban on 3D gun-printing plans<\/a> to continue. Apparently because two branches of the fedgov can&#8217;t get their act together. Or something.\n<li>Officer of the year <a href=\"https:\/\/thefreethoughtproject.com\/officer-of-the-year-arrested-for-strangling-his-own-son-during-a-heated-debate-on-marijuana\/\" target=\"_blank\">tries to strangle his own son<\/a> during an argument over marijuana. Said hero is apparently drunk at the time; but <em>that<\/em> drug is okay.\n<li>Such a surprise. The rise of warrior cops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fff.org\/explore-freedom\/article\/warrior-cops-endanger-our-lives-and-freedoms\/\" target=\"_blank\">has done nothing for either officer safety<\/a> or crime reduction. But of course it&#8217;s done a lot <del datetime=\"2018-08-30T11:59:02+00:00\">for<\/del> to civil society.
