Well, I guess you can apologize for anything if you&#8217;re a politician. But we who were targets of your disdain will always know you meant exactly what you said in the first place, bubba.\n<li>And you know that &#8220;civility&#8221; the Dems are all in favor of? Well, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.abcnews.com\/thenote\/2011\/01\/abc-news-jonathan-karl-reports-the-newfound-civility-didnt-last-long-political-rhetoric-in-congress-doesnt-get-much.html\" target=\"_blank\">not so much for themselves, you know &#8230;<\/a>.\n<li>Arizona <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/41120343\/ns\/us_news-crime_and_courts\/\" target=\"_blank\">gets it right<\/a>.\n<li>Found this while pondering quirks of human nature for one of yesterday&#8217;s posts. Turns out that old expression &#8220;You&#8217;re only as old as you feel&#8221; might have some validity. Or maybe better to put it <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psychologicalscience.org\/index.php\/news\/were-only-human\/young-in-mind-saying-no-to-caricatures-of-aging.html\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;You&#8217;re only as old as you think.&#8221;<\/a>\n<li>Just watched a Korean film called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1216496\/\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Mother<\/i><\/a>. One of the best noir thrillers <i>ever<\/i>. Watch it with subtitles or wait &#8217;til they remake it in Murrican (and ruin it by casting some glamor babe as Mother and giving it a tidily wrapped-up ending.
