(Tip o&#8217; hat to MJR.)\n<li>At least Twitter is <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2012\/01\/27\/twitter-puts-its-dmca-takedown-requests-up-for-all-to-see\/\" target=\"_blank\">is trying to mitigate<\/a> its consent to censorship.\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/billflax\/2012\/01\/24\/why-conservatives-should-be-libertarians\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Why Conservatives Should Be Libertarians.&#8221;<\/a>\n<li>The Barefoot Bandit <a href=\"http:\/\/nvonews.com\/2012\/01\/28\/glamorous-trial-barefoot-bandit-colton-harris-moore-sentenced-to-6-12-years\/\" target=\"_blank\">will probably serve just under five years<\/a>. Federal and state sentences to be concurrent. Seems a reasonable mercy &#8212; and with luck a chance for that bright but screwed-up boy to get his head together.
