(Tip o&#8217; hat to M.)\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lewrockwell.com\/orig11\/rosenberg-p5.1.1.html\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Take that, Hobbes!&#8221;<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/dangerroom\/2012\/02\/smartrounds\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Less lethal.&#8221;<\/a> Yeah. In other words &#8212; <i>more<\/i> likely to be casually fired at people who irritate the cops.\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/tv.naturalnews.com\/v.asp?v=979D7B9F44BA6EAE0DF65B3DE6E4EE33\" target=\"_blank\">Help wanted at the TSA<\/a>. \ud83d\ude42\n<li>Oh, what to think? It&#8217;s a crime and a shame when <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aopa.org\/aircraft\/articles\/2012\/120202flight-school-victimized-by-renters-smuggling-arrest.html\" target=\"_blank\">innocent owners<\/a> have their assets seized. But can they be called &#8220;innocent&#8221; when they&#8217;ve helped the fedgov seize others&#8217; assets in the past?\n<li>Tell me, please, are you even the teeny-tiniest bit surprised at <a href=\"http:\/\/slatest.slate.com\/posts\/2012\/02\/08\/report_finds_conflict_of_interest_in_congressional_earmarks.html?from=rss\/&#038;wpisrc=newsletter_slatest\" target=\"_blank\">this so-called news<\/a>?\n<li>Introducing the government&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/news\/guest-post-introducing-government%E2%80%99s-newest-unpaid-spy-you\" target=\"_blank\">latest unpaid spy<\/a>. (Tip o&#8217; hat to D.)\n<li>Not sure what <a href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/2012\/02\/08\/facebook-twitter-political-news\/\" target=\"_blank\">this implies about the U.S. electorate<\/a>. But DA, who found the link, thinks it has more to do with feeling disenfranchised than with lack of interest. Might also speculate that in 2008 young people were excited by Obama, while these days the only person who could possibly be excited by him might be Michelle, in bed. And even that&#8217;s dubious.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, last week I linked to a new <a href=\"http:\/\/channel.nationalgeographic.com\/channel\/doomsday-preppers\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Geographic series<\/a> that looked as if it might be about to profile all &#8220;doomsday preppers&#8221; as laughable loons.
