Wow. 50 “wrong house raids” — on the same house!
Really surprised the old couple who lives there hasn’t died of fright yet.
Of course, the cops aren’t to blame. (Oh, never that!) It’s the computers, you know.

CORRECTION: My original post said “150 raids.” Either I misread or the original article was later corrected. Mea culpa. Only 50 wrong raids. Well … that’s okay then …
As often as this happens across the country, you’d at least think they’d have the thought to double check on google street view or something….
Of course, you’d also thing that they’d have thought “hey, maybe we should cut down on the full on force military style raids, you know, just a little bit because it’s almost always overkill…”
So whatever.
50, 150, current residents, former residents, whatever…these are some lucky folks. I don’t expect to survive my first.
Note carefully that the previous owner had apparently been persecuted by someone who knew how to exploit the system for his own purposes. The practice has apparently become so popular there’s now an effin’ term for it.
