The snitch book (I really need to start calling it an anti-snitch book) is out for it’s second round of reality checking. But lo and behold, it’s already received its first review. 🙂
One of the reality checkers has what you might call “interesting” experience. He took the step of sharing it with someone who has even more “interesting” experience.
I’m not allowed to reveal who these folks are. Suffice to say that if you were an activist in the 1990s, you would have known their work — without having the slightest hint of their identities. In fact, their identities were always a big, and to my knowledge, unanswered, question.
Anyhow, here’s the review in its entirety:
“It’s OK, for anarchists and petty criminals.”
LOL! Given the source, I’m taking that as a ringing endorsement.

Since you’ve been quoting firefly lately
Mal: Petty?
Inara: I didn’t mean petty.
Mal: What did you mean?
Inara: Suo-shee?
Mal: That’s Chinese for petty.
LOL, good remembering, Richard.
But really, I meant it when I said I considered that comment a ringing endorsement. Or at least an endorsement. 🙂
That statement, coming from somebody who knows so well what he’s talking about means (or so we can presume) that the information in the booklet is accurate and helpful. So it’s not high-level stuff for superspies or whoever? It’s not meant to be. Anarchist, gun owners, free-speechifiers, and petty criminals are its intended audience.
I’m happy.
