Hmmm… I don’t get it. Guess I’m too literal, or something. What is the ad selling?

They’re selling self-image and lifestyle — as reflected in what tech you use.

Not for literalists and old folks. But isn’t it wonderful, nevertheless?

Seems to me selling enjoy what you got, live in the moment, the next is not guaranteed, be what you can be while you can, etc. Be more dog, its what they do and not a bad idea.

Am I the only one who sees a cat face and tail photoshopped onto a pomeranian? LOL
    Anyway, cute ad.

Kent — Me, I was thinking the cat face and tail were CGI’d onto maybe a mini-Aussie or a Sheltie (which was then colorized to look more catlike). I sure wish they’d share how they did it. But yep, cute as buttons.

Hmmm. I wonder what Kitty Dukakis thinks about all this.

“Not for literalists and old folks.”

    Guilty on both counts. LOL

I do wish I could understand what they say on videos and stuff… makes so much difference. 🙂

But I didn’t see the photoshop trick. Fooled me completely.

ML. Take a look as the “cat” comes around the corner of the room, headed for his first trip out the dog door. Look at the legs. You’ll see a prancing gait that no cat in history ever managed but is very much like a sheltie’s. 🙂 If you ignore the head and tail through the whole dog part of the video and focus on the body and legs, you’ll see they definitely filmed a dog and grafted the cat parts on later. Pretty clever, eh?

    A cat wouldn’t think so. 🙂

Of course they photoshopped a cat onto a dog. How else are you going to get a Cat to do all that stuff you want him to do? Sheeeesh!

I can see it easily now that I know to look for it. To be honest, the thing did look very strange and unnatural from the start… just didn’t think of photoshop. 🙂
