But we’re not changing our policy, mind you. We’re just … er, just clarifying. Yeah. Clarifying. (‘Cause, you know, a whole lot of media types, legislators, and other mucky-mucks know more about artisan cheeses than we do and are snarling or laughing at us.)

My guess? A lot of rich people, who would own those Artisan Cheese factories and/or love eating Artisan Cheeses, raised a Limburger… eh, I mean stink about all this ruckus. And so made them back off on this.
But I’d bet no new cheese maker will be allowed to start up a cheese making company. If one tried, then they’ll re-implement the policy and drive the new guy broke.
