But Hillary really doesn’t want this one to be your thing.
In response, David Codrea is offering his own Hillary graphic for download, with proceeds going to help Mike Vanderboegh on his pro-gun travels.

Actually, I love seeing new bumper stickers I haven’t seen before. Some of them are actually interesting.
I can still use a finger to write that on the backsides of trucks and trailers. And I’ll use my middle finger, extended, just because I can.
The sole issue seems to be over their use of the “H with arrow” logo, which should be very easy to remedy. Simply omit the arrow (it’s basically impossible to see anyway), and perhaps have a slightly narrower font style for the H, and with the “circle with diagonal slash” universal “no” symbol over it there should be no legal problem at all.
Personally, I’d omit the “or President?” part as well.
How about one that says, Hillary for Prisoner, 2016?
IANAL, but I believe this bumper sticker would fall under the “criticism” and/or “parody” rules for Fair Use.
The Hillary 2016 machine probably doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on, but they’re good at intimidation tactics.
