Yeah. This.
But without the “we” and without the sense of shock.
Manipulate and control. It’s what governments do. Anybody who’s surprised just hasn’t been watching.

Damn!
Ain’t that the truth?!

Understatement.
Wow, perfectly said. Thanks for the link Claire.
A truly fine article. Thanks.
And a good article on how not to respond to all this. http://chrishernandezauthor.com/2015/08/16/the-duty-to-not-make-st-worse/
I thank you for the link. It’s nice to know you’re not the only one out there.
My take-away quote from Claire’s link: “And the US Air Force, while on vacation, has still caught more terrorists than the TSA. And they had to go to France to do it.”
I don’t know who instigated 9/11, but I sure know who has benefited, and it wasn’t me.
Well said….but so many won’t hear it, willfully ignorant.
I don’t look at the “news” much, but did scan a few of the MSM sites yesterday and was surprised not to see more items about 9/11… I guess they’ve milked it for about as much as they can already.
ML, I noticed that, too. The only “usual” thing I saw was a headline about the feds foiling yet another “9/11 terror plot.” I didn’t bother reading the article, since all the plots they’ve ever foiled were the ones they cooked up themselves with the dimwitted cooperation of some young Islamic idiot. I guess nobody’s buying such stories any more, as that one headline was the only thing I saw.
I bet we’ll see another round of rememberance-type stories next year — 15th anniversary and all — but maybe people are beginning to get how cannily the fedgov manipulated their emotions to gain more power.
Good chance for more 9/11 in the news next year… assuming we don’t all have much worse things to think about. 🙁
