But while there’s still time (if the cannibalism and urban torching in your neighborhood haven’t gotten too intense), here are a few things you might consider doing any time a government isn’t looking:

    So if the government shuts down, and we don’t receive any government “services,” I think we should be able to claim a two percent per week income tax rebate.
