According to a Rasmussen poll: “62% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that no matter how bad things are, Congress can always make them worse.”
OMG, ain’t that the truth? And ain’t that an example of uncommon sense from the v*ters?
And in the weird news of the day … faux “FBI agents” take the law into their own hands. And get arrested. Nice try, boys & girl. Nice try.

hmm….very interesting. Bet we see more of this in the future…
And yet, they’re still likely to vote… to end up with, same circus, different knife throwers.
As for being ripped-off by a slick financial wizard, I expect that more than a few Ponzi-magicians will be asked to write a final goodbye memo, then hang themselves by a stout cord after work on a Friday before a long-weekend.
Impersonating an armed official of the US Gov. is a bad idea. Their moral authority as “the Law” has been greatly attenuated since the 1960’s, but their willingness to hallucinate “threats or non-compliance” requiring immediate deadly force has substituted for missing public goodwill.
Anyone who promises a financial return of more than 3% over inflation + taxes is mis-representing the risk or is a crook. Unfortunately, real inflation is nearly the same number as real US unemployment of middle-aged White men, and taxes are well over 50% in many localities for people pretending to live as well as their 1960 counterpart.
Sorry about the “money”. You know that it was not real even when you had it, right?
Cheers.
