Thursday (Sept. 15) is the day for going live with the new member site.
That morning I’ll send qualifying donors instructions and codes for free membership. Then the place will be open for paying members.
Got another heavy work day on the retaining wall tomorrow. Although there will be other such days in the next week or two, Thursday was the most auspicious day to open the doors of the new operation.
Watch your back tomorrow. (In every sense of the word. 🙂 )

Given that there are fewer than 20 members at present (all beta testers + admins), no surprise if they’re talking themselves out.
I’m expecting about 60 more to join as a result of tonight’s outgoing emails — may take a week or so for all to come in and of course some might just not be interested. After that, we’ll just have to wait and see who wants to join over time.
