Lucky Gunner has very kindly added The Zelman Partisans to its wonderful list of potential recipients of the legal fees it hopes to receive from the well-smacked Brady Bunch.
Thank you, Bear, Joel, and anybody else who had the idea to contact LG. You can go here to read more and cast your v*te, hopefully for TZP. Scroll down; we’re at the bottom of the alphabetical list.
It remains unknown whether the Bradys will ever actually pay up. But if they do, LG will allocate funds to each group according to the percentage of the v*te they receive. Even 1% could be a big deal to a small, new group like TZP. We have darned near zero overhead and can put anything we receive to work building the group and planning projects.
So v*te — and spread the word!

I voted!
As did I.
Me too.
Just voted for TZP.

Oh – “Results as of June 24, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time)
Please check back as we’ll update this results page several times per week leading up to end of voting on August 1.”
Thanks, guys. This already puts us above some of the other small groups. 🙂
BTW, don’t worry if your v*tes don’t show up instantly. I think the tally gets updated once a day.
Perhaps TZP could post about this on FB.
Announcing my tally for TZP.
TZP for me.
I v*ted early, now I wonder how often I can v*te.
Thank you, Joat, Steve, Hanza, and all. 🙂
The latest tally shows us with 42 v*tes, and though that’s a drop in the bucket, it’s enough to show us climbing toward the middle of the pack. I’m quite happy, considering that we were added only yesterday afternoon.
Interesting to watch how the v*te has changed! At first, national organizations totally dominated, but as more groups have been added it looks as if several state orgs are really pumping up a “get out the v*te” effort by their members. Will be interesting to see how long those state orgs can sustain that level.
I’d love to see TZP get enough votes to make it onto the pie chart, not just the tally list.
“Perhaps TZP could post about this on FB”
Already asked the TZP social-media mavens to promote the v*te on various social media and on their personal blogs. And to generally network this.
It doesn’t allow for more than one vote, though. I tried. 🙂
Pat, thanks for the experiment. I admit to being tempted, myself. But think how much cooler it will be when TZP makes it onto that pie chart without illicit “help.”
If anybody does know of any ways to v*te twice, please don’t post them. LG doesn’t explicitly say not to do it, but I think they’d consider it cheating and I wouldn’t want to see us bumped from the competition, especially since we’re there because of their goodwill.
Oh, and if any of you would like to post about this on TZP’s behalf on your own F*c*b**k pages, Twitter feeds, or blogs, that would be fantastic!
