He makes terrific meme material.
With the help of readers, we’re doing a meme blast to help kick off Basics of Resistance.
Joel (with inspiration from T.L. Free) made these two of that obnoxious 17-year old progressive fascist who suddenly considers himself a major national figure:
If you’ve got a blog, FB page, Twitter or Gab account (or whatever), grab these and let ’em loose on the ‘Net.

The other day Joel also posted this scarily natural Hogg video to the Cabal. Eerie, isn’t it, how easily Hogg falls into that role?
YouTube has marked the video as “offensive” and refuses to show a view count. But so far even their prissy, censorious selves are leaving it place.
I posted these. https://thepriceofliberty.org/2018/03/29/gun-grabber-posters13074/
Heil Hoggler!
The story “The Marching Morons” is coming true, and Hogg is the Major Domo. (Or is it ‘Major Dummo”? Ha.)
Thank you, ML. That was a great shout-out. I’m glad you linked to Joel, too. We had quite a few really good memes submitted for our contest. But nobody topped Joel, who matched quality with quantity.
david — I’m afraid I agree.
Sometimes (as when that Florida government bridge collapsed), I also think of Cyril M. Kornbluth’s story, The Little Black Bag, which is of course related.

Hogg and the other kids are being used by the gun grabber lobby!
And he wasn’t even at the school when it happened, according to several sources.
Glad to know I’m not the only one to see the whole Heil Hogg thing. Although I didn’t think of it in that name yet. Just that the pose is very “striking”.
I do have a thought of one the picture I’ve just seen. Of a woman holding a sign saying “Is Freedom more important than Safety?” My first thought was Ben Franklin’s most famous saying about liberty vs. safety. I’d want to say to that woman, “Lady, with Freedom I can see to my own safety.”
I will have a FB page until April Fool’s day so I posted both images. Hope it goes far and wide.
Whether the little jerk was in school or not is a matter of dispute.
What isn’t in dispute is that he, personally, was never in danger, and should have been/was in a different building.
I’ve seen his type before; the guy in the bar claiming SF service, when he spent his time in the motor pool in Ft Lewis.
This morning on NPR there was whining that it was SO unfair to criticize David Hogg, because “He’s a teenager!” In other words, he’s a child. The problem is, he is doing adult things: protesting and advocating public policy and legislative changes. I’m sure he wants to be taken seriously and not dismissed as a child. But you can’t have it both ways. He has made himself a public figure. There’s an old saying: If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Not So Free – wasn’t at the school? He seems to have been promoted far beyond the value of his statements. He seems to have funding for travel, and seems to have a ‘handler’ telling him what to say and do.
Perhaps he was told to stay home that day to avoid any potential ‘accidental killing of an asset’?
