Kudos to David Codrea, attorney Stephen Stamboulieh, Len Savage, and multiple friends. Their “complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief” is underway.

Well, it seems pretty clear and plain to me, and I certainly hope the judge agrees with the complaint and provides the relief sought.
Even Massad Ayoob gets it right this time:

But Mas was making a (common) assumption when he said bump stocks were used in the Las Vegas mass killing. As the Codrea filing makes clear, nobody actually knows that.

Maybe we can now get some traction on this slippery slope we been sliding down.
This is just another example of good guys with guns trying to save the innocent.

What we don’t know about that shooting makes all kinds of alarm bells go off for me. It’s like a State Secrect. Can anyone remember a mass shooting with so little coverage. It was no time at all before it dropped out of the news cycle. It is as if someone might be greatly embarrassed if certain facts ever come out. Just my two cents.
