If all you can afford is china-mart cheap, might as well make it a dollar store instead of walmart. About 60% of my actual groceries come from the local Family Dollar (they don’t sell fresh food). It saves me time and dollars over Wal-Mart. Smaller store, slightly lower prices, less impulse shopping equals savings.
