… now’s the time. The San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles have announced huge donations to anti-gun groups. That’s it. It’s over. Regardless of the owners’ or players’ personal views, these people have become the Ed Wood of marketing. Do they really have no idea who their target market is? Or are they so arrogant they believe they don’t have to care? —– UPDATE: See Adam’s comment below. Apparently it was only the 49ers, not the Eagles — which improves the situation slightly. You may have heard that Antifa and other such marginal groups as the Revolutionary Communist Party* are planning a big to-do on Saturday, November 4. This is no average street-violence to-do. No, this is the first day of the revolution. Or a civil war. Depending on which group’s doing the shouting. Or maybe just a day of (misnamed) anarchy. A number of conservative websites are crying alarm. We had some conversation about this over at Claire’s Cabal. One person was pretty apprehensive. A couple said they’d either be taking extra preps with them that day or would avoid urban areas…
